World Book Day

Today we celebrated World Book Day. The pupils looked absolutely amazing coming dressed up as their favourite characters from a wide range of books. We were incredibly lucky to be joined by an author and the children were very keen to enquire about life as an author and what it entailed. We also had our very first 'book swap' where lots of children brought in a book from home and swapped it for another child's book. They were very excited about their 'new' books and there was a real buzz in the air.
